Janie and Paul

Saturday Emma and I were at Fawsley Hall photographing the beautiful wedding of Janie and Paul. Despite the freezing temperatures, wind and rain we all had a great time. Here are a few Crash-Art favourites from their special day. Have a great honeymoon and I will speak to you soon. Crash Taylor Wedding Photography Nottingham

Award Winning

In February one of my favourite Crash-Art images from last year was awarded a GOLD award from the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers. The category was wedding photojournalism so I was extremely pleased. I haven’t entered any competitions lately due to being so busy with work and baby Jake Onni so this was a real nice award to start the year off with.

I’m really looking forward to Saturday’s wedding at Fawsley Hall with Janie and Paul who are a super cool couple. Stay tuned for some Crash-Art images next week. Crash Taylor, Nottingham Wedding Photographer

Lucy and Andy

I haven’t been sleeping much lately as Baby Jake Onni loves to sleep all day and cause mayhem ALL night :-) So nights are now for reading and watching Monkey World re-runs. I’m averaging about 4 hours so I’m hoping things will settle down soon. It doesn’t bother me as we have so much fun together. Father and son hanging out, you can’t beat that!

Saturday Emma and I photographed Lucy and Andy’s wedding. They flew over from the States to get married in beautiful Nottinghamshire. We started the day at a beautiful cottage in Oxton and then headed over to Newstead Abbey for the ceremony. The reception was at Lakeside. It was an intimate wedding and we all had a great time. It was a beautiful day despite it being very cold and windy and I want to thank Lucy for being a champion on the outdoor portraits! Lucy and Andy are so in love and a super cool couple. Speak to you soon guys. – Crash Taylor, Nottingham Wedding Photographers

Here are a few Crash-Art images from Saturday.

Baby Jake

Today Jake Onni Taylor is two weeks old and is loving life. I took this photo this morning after his morning feed. He loves keeping me up at night, last night we watched TV until 4am. God bless him. It’s absolutely the best feeling in the world, I couldn’t imagine my life without him, the love we feel for him is unexplainable.

My next wedding is on the 14th March at Newstead Abbey, I’m really looking forward to it as it will be my first wedding with my new Canon 5D Mark II’s. :-) Crash Taylor, Nottingham Wedding Photographers
