August 25th I photographed the wedding of Tanya and Martin at The Priest House Hotel in Derbyshire.  We had a great day and the weather was definitely on our side.  Besides the ceremony the whole day was spent outside, with the speeches taken place by the river.  We headed indoors only for the first dance and evening party.  Sarah from Tillyboo Events did an amazing job coordinating the day.  Thanks to my assistant Emma as usual.  Here are a few from the great day we all had.

A few months ago I arranged a get together with some photographer friends. Yesterday was the day and it couldn’t have turned out better. Everybody met at my place at 10am, we talked photography for a few hours and then when the model arrived we all headed over to Nottingham Castle for a Shoot the Dress session. We experimented with video light, off camera flash, exposure etc… The weather was great, we had it all sunshine, rain and strong winds but managed to capture some awesome images. I want to thank everybody for coming, I made 16 new friends which is always a good thing. Also, thanks to my wife for helping me organize the day, my assistant Emma for all her help, Gary from Lastolite and last but not least the beautiful Becki.
